Only scrolls in Web browser on Windows 10
It's a very comfortable mouse. Unfortunately, the scroll feature only works in my web browser and a few other select apps. It doesn't work in any of the settings or Windows File Explorer windows, nor any other windows related to native operatingId system functionality (e.g., powershell, command prompt, start menu, etc.). I can't find any drivers to install, so I'm assuming this device is supposed to be plug-and-play, but the onboard firmware isn't compatible with Windows 10.

Great, but has not kept up with the times
This is the only mouse I've used for the past 10+ years, but it would have been nice to see some updates for connectivity. The wireless option requires a protruding proprietary dongle with a USB-A connector. To use it on a Mac would require a USB A-C adaptor, making it even more protruding. Why not just make it a standard Bluetooth accessory?

Don't Waste Your Money on This Version
I have now had two of these purchased for me for a new desk setup. Both have been a laggy mess to the point of unusable. Other wireless mice work perfectly, but not this one. Both have had the exact same issue for me and other users when tested on their systems. The wired version is a lifesaver, and I recommend it. I wish they'd have fixed this one as a wireless one for travel would make my life (and CTS) easier.

They die..yeah but after 3 days?
Love them but this is annoying. First one lasted 5 years- 2nd 3 years-3rd one just died after 3 days of use!

I love the comfort of this mouse but I'm on my third one and they all eventually get issues. The first two just started right clicking all the time even though I'm not clicking on anything and there's just no way to be able to work while it's right clicking all of the time. Now my current one has started an issue where when I left click it's like I'm double clicking so rather than selecting the email it opens the email in a new window. I still had an old one so I tried that but it still had the right click issue but wouldn't open emails on one click. It's getting really frustratingId to have to continually replace my mouse.

No driver; no scroll function
Where is the driver so that the scroll function can be activated. Has no one thought about bringing this function to live using the third button. I am a Mac user. Otherwise, 5 star!

I like this mouse, but...
I have the wireless version of this and have used it on and off for a few years. I like it because it is easier on my wrist and arm. I stop using it when it gets jumpy: I move but the pointer doesn't and then the pointer jumps. Left click does the same thing. It's like the comms get delayed. Wonder if the wired version is better.

No carpal tunnel syndrome. No tendon discomfort.
I have used this product for at least 18 years. I had started to experience a lot of pain from using a regular mouse. I researched, found this type. It seemed logical because humans have opposable thumbs. I never suffered from mousing pain again. I have had to replace one time. I "mouse" alot, at work and at home, doing some pretty tedious work and art/photo stuff. I recommend this product to many friends and especially co-workers, as my occupation is computer "help desk" and website maintenance.

The best ergonomic mouse hands down!
No other ergonomic mouse comes close. Why other manufacturers can't take the joystick approach of the 3M mouse and improve that design is beyond me. I suspect most designers have never suffered from severe throbbing of the forearm that can last days after minimal use of regular mouse. My only gripe is that 3M does not have a Bluetooth version of their ergonomic mouse. Please. Please. Make a Bluetooth version!

Love this mouse, NEED a new USB Plug & Play
I've been using this mouse for several months and it has helped to resolve my thumb and hand pain that occurred using other mice. But I've damaged the USB Plug & Play. Can someone help me replace the USB only?
